Hello dear getquin community,

I currently have a few Swiss shares on my watchlist and would like to make an investment soon.

At the moment it is not so easy to buy Swiss shares in Germany, so I would like to buy an ADR. I was thinking specifically of $HCMLY (+1.7%) in particular.

Holcim ($HOLN) (+2.09%) is planning to spin off its American division in 2025 and would like to list it on the stock exchange.

Does anyone know whether I, as an ADR holder, will also benefit from the spin-off and receive the corresponding securities?

I could not find anything clear on the internet.
