@Iwanowitsch I say those who hold now can speculate with a much clearer turn around. Current numbers are lousy, Steward was much worse than I expected; but from here on there is a clear line to full rents from all properties by the end of 2027. if you trust the management to get there, that's a pretty safe x2 or x3 by the end of 2026 - especially considering the industry premium on working portfolios. I remain invested (although I have sold a portion and would like to fully rebuild the position by the end of 2025). Until the right turn around, the stock is quite loaded due to the shorts, so an upward movement could develop momentum very quickly...

•@Monnie Thank you for your assessment. I noticed that you now also have new positions in your portfolio. You were MPW Only, but the partial sale should explain that.

•@Iwanowitsch Exactly, these are all positions I've been toying with for a while - now I've moved abroad and had to change brokers. This is also the actual reason for the restructuring of the portfolio (the new ones were all quite cheap at the time). However, the new salary will be used to bring the MPW position up to the old size in the near future. I'm still pretty bullish about the turn around - I just hope my small move doesn't take revenge if MPW starts before then 😅🚀
