What exactly is the difference between the FTSE All-World and the MSCI World Core? Isn't it simply the same thing, with the difference that FTSE distributes and the other reinvests directly?

@kalagangs there are big differences. The MSCI World has only industrialized nations in it, weighted according to market cap, have not looked up the numbers again, but there are so 1600 shares in it. The All-World has 10% EM in it and partly also a different classification of who is industrial and who is EM. There we stand at just under 4000 companies. The counterpart to the All-World is the MSCI ACWI. There is also a variant with IMI (so small caps) there you end up with 9000 shares. Almost all of them are available as distributors or accumulators, so it doesn't matter.
