What do you think will happen to the share price at the halving in April?

@He-Man Thank you for your question. My opinion is that the halving in April will have a positive impact on the price as it halves the supply of new bitcoins and increases demand. I think the halving is an important signal to the market that Bitcoin is a scarce and valuable resource.

@Marshome24 Why isn't the share price already rising if we know for sure that it will become scarcer?

@MoR it does, doesn't it?

@He-Man but then why now and not 1 year ago, it was already quite clear that it would happen in the first half of 2024

@MoR That's always the big question😉 🔮

@MoR It was also clear 5 years ago... But since the context is constantly changing, every adjustment is based on information in the current context.

@Marshome24 As a laye, I can understand the argument. But isn't there a risk at some point that the computing power required for Bitcoin will no longer be available? Or would the logical step then be to switch to Proof of Stake?
Admittedly, I haven't invested myself yet for various reasons, but that's why I've always found Ether more interesting. (Required computing power). Or will the transaction cost more at some point? So inflation at the moment, transaction costs later?
