@AlterMann That may be. However, my motivation is more towards etfs. Less in individual stocks... For me, at the current valuation and with the current outlook, I don't see any outperforming potential to msci/s&p etc

Did you consider that lower interest rates will lead to more home improvement activity as folks can borrow to fix up existing homes and potentially sell when mortgage rates fall?
