ProLogis $PLD (+1.81%) is currently in a very good position to make an entry. I am currently invested in the real estate sector in $O (-0.7%) invested.

So my question is: should I stay invested in Reality Income or switch to Prologis?

They are just quite different approaches. Realty is much more broadly diversified in terms of sectors, with a focus on retail, offices, etc.
Prologis is more strongly positioned in the logistics sector and is not quite as regionally focused on the USA, I think, as Realty. I haven't analyzed them in detail for a while, so my information may be outdated.

Prologis' current price looks fair.
