Then it's your fault that the dividend from $BATS doesn't come? Congratulations, have 19 years smoked, with me no head thing with the stop. I don't have/had a financial advantage in the long run, other habits creep in that are actually even more expensive. In the end I gained 25kg. But that's probably because I started doing sports to compensate - it's always amazing how you ask yourself day after day why you do that to yourself and have that Rocky Balboa moment every time you get out of the shower. I would argue that the benefit is not measurable in money - it's time and quality of life, which you only appreciate when you've stopped.

@KleinviehmachtMist right. First of all, congratulations for quitting, and I don't want to say that the only incentive is financial. Of course, the increased quality of life and especially the health aspects cannot be compared to money. For me it was just an additional motivation, because I had measurable success every week and knew that it pays off financially and that the money saved does not "seep away" in unnecessary additional consumption.

@RealMichaelScott If you smoke 2 packs a day, it's crazy how much time you need to walk to the smoker's corner every day.

@KleinviehmachtMist haha yes so I have not even thought about it. Just the time to go smoke, plus the time you smoke. Since what comes together 😅
