🚀 Bullish

The vote for the Stock analysis of the week is still running, but Microsoft is so far ahead in the voting that the result is already clear and I just took a spontaneous look at the stock today. Here is the result:

Unfortunately, I still do not get along with the editor here, who would like to read the complete analysis can do that with pleasure about the link above, here the chart picture and the conclusion of the analysis:

Conclusion:

On Jan. 24, 2023, Microsoft reports neutral quarterly figures, revenue has grown only weakly, profit is minimally above analysts' expectations, the growth of cloud services is encouraging.

Microsoft closes gaming metaverse division AltspaceVR and cuts 10,000 jobs. The generally difficult environment for the technology sector weighs on the company.

The sentiment of the 51 analysts is clearly positive. The price target, at 6% at $280 is not very impressive, but will be adjusted with the price performance.

With its investment in the AI ChatGPT, Microsoft takes the lead, Google responds today with the announcement of its AI "Brad" .

The MACD indicator is positive in both weekly and daily charts, showing positive momentum. The RSI is close to overbought territory due to the 20% increase in recent weeks. A correction or slowdown of the rise is realistic.

A corrective extension to the 61.8% Fibonacci retracement within an intact long-term uptrend is positive. The medium-term corrective movement could be completed with the formation of the double bottom and with the breakout from the corrective downtrend.

The overall picture of the stock analysis is positive. The general difficult environment of inflation and technology crisis may continue to affect the value.

Note: no investment advice and no recommendation to buy. Only my private opinion.

Would recommend you to deal with the editor. Often content that is posted here directly and not just linked, is much better received.
