Hi, I'm still very much at the beginning. Should I $XAIX (+0.11%) from my portfolio and put everything in the $IWDA (+0.23%) put everything in the 😊

I once heard about 70/30 and that's why I had a bit of savings in it. But it's actually just a hype ETF.

70/30 is currently trending on social media. Very few people actually know why. Why not 80/20 or 60/40? 70/30 corresponds neither to the weighting according to GDP nor to MK (it is actually max Sharpe Ratio 2000-2007).

Only do what you understand! Otherwise you will change your "strategy" every few months and you will necessarily be one of the 80% of private investors who lose in the long term.

If I were you, but luckily I'm not, I'd put everything in the iwda

What kind of 70/30 is that?
70% industrialized countries, 30% head over the keyboard? Think about what you want to do. I told my girlfriend: just put everything into a world index. You still have risks, but it's easy and you can weigh up the risk quite well. I make it a bit more complicated myself. (Whether it's better will become clear in a few years' time).
Nobody will tell you with certainty today that this is bad. After all, it could also work really well by chance. But you should think about why you are doing it.
Unfortunately, it is often difficult to quantify this. If the 30% is another etf or another asset class, you could do a backtest. Also not the Holy Grail, but for many a best can do approach.

PS: don't pay attention to the individual stocks, these are just a few euros from the beginning of my investment time to see how it goes😅

If I were you, I would throw everything into an ETF. Too much risk in my view.
Whether you take an All World or this 70/30 split, you have to know. I have weighted Asia lower...so far that has been a good decision.

Main part in MSCI makes sense

If you had simply invested in World or any other ETF since March, you would be up significantly more than 10%

A total value of less than €1000, but 7 positions in the portfolio? That doesn't add up somehow...
