Good morning,

I am still waiting for Scalable to collect the upfront fee. Has this already happened for you? Since I only started investing in 2023, I'm now wondering if I might be left out...

Thank you!

Edit: Just now!!! the notification flew into the Scalable mailbox. And yes, I also have to deduct money, even though I only started investing at the end of February. And also yes, it will be deducted directly from the tax-free amount.

Yes, the state, which is known to forget to collect its taxes, has forgotten you. How lucky for you. Maybe that's why I got the deduction twice.💡

Nothing for me yet either. However, I only bought a larger position in the accumulating Nasdaq in November. Maybe that's too short and not worth mentioning. My ftse is a distributor and the tax has already been paid

Being me was withdrawn on 15.1. and 17.1. However, it will only be debited if the ETF you invest in has risen in 2023. No advance lump sum is due for book losses

In my case, just under €700, around 1% of the value of the deposit was deducted and offset against the tax-free amount.

Deadline!

The amount of the advance lump sum is calculated by multiplying the value of the fund unit at the beginning of 2023 by 70 percent of the base interest rate. This is derived from the long-term achievable yield on public bonds. For 2024, the Deutsche Bundesbank has calculated a value of 2.55% for German government securities with annual coupon payments and a remaining term of 15 years for this year on the relevant key date of January 2, 2023, based on the interest rate structure data. Rule of thumb: Up to 35 euros upfront fee can be charged per 10,000 euros fund volume.

I still don't understand the difference between accumulating and distributing.

I have a distributing ETF and have not yet been charged an upfront lump sum. Is that correct? Is that still to come?
