@Techaktien I'm still in there too and a bit perplexed and torn.

I reckon with
a) dividend cut of 50%
b) further Monsanto judgments to the detriment of Bayer (still 55k), once they are through, the agricultural business will be interesting
c) but also positive momentum through rationalization and savings plans
d) if Bayer runs out of money, the Consumer division will be rocked
e) in principle I would still give a positive going concern forecast


Still waiting for the Capital Markets Day in March

Well, at least dividend investors had a return (when they stayed owners of Bayer). Whith the numbers Bayer has had the past 5 years, investors that make their homework, already left the sinking ship 3 years a go. And in Germany shorters celebrate continuously as the regulators in Europe/Germany have hardly any control on naked shorting and a lot of people own stocks at brokers that earn their money by lending out stocks to shorters as well. Shorters love Europe more than the US right now. Sad but true
