You've put a lot of work into this. From what I've read, Frapot AG has gone through many ups and downs. At its core, it has a systemically relevant function for Germany. Of course, there are other airports that are also growing strongly and are lucrative. Frankfurt Airport has many advantages, which you have mentioned. If you look at the shareholder structure, you can see that Lufthansa and the City of Frankfurt own large shares here. That's another reason for me to be satisfied. Well, I am only a small investor, but I am convinced that this is a good investment. Furthermore, the income from rentals (stores and branches) is not insignificant either.
