Of course, it is possible that it will rise again, but it must also be said that other companies, such as Tesla or Nvidia, are not sleeping through the trend, especially in the field of AI. In addition, C3.ai has increased its sales, but is still not profitable. I would still hold it, simply to see if it can become profitable over a long period of time.

Saw the comment on Instagram today: cwroehl C3.ai Apart from the fact that I find 15x revenue just adventurous for a company that makes more loss than revenue AND has not grown revenue-wise in the past 12 months: Interesting history. In 2009, three years after selling Siebel Systems to Oracle for $5.85 billion, Thomas Siebel launched C3. Initial idea was to help companies reduce their carbon footprints, hence the name C3 where "C" is for carbon and "3" is for three "M" words: measure, mitigate and monetise. In 2012, the company renamed itself C3 Energy and helped grid operators aggregate and analyze data from various sensor devices and enterprise software systems. In 2016, C3 Energy renamed itself C3 IoT and began delivering cloud computing, data analytics, and machine learning applications to other industries. In 2017, C3 lot became a "unicorn", valued at more than $1 billion, and in June 2019, the company changed its name to C3.ai, Inc.
