Frustration post!


I deposited €600 into my Scalable account last Friday around 10am and it hasn't arrived yet. Customer service not available, email from yesterday still without answer.

Baader Bank as well as Scalable quite unreliable!

Yes, these are just neobrokers :/ if you want to trade cheaply, you have to expect losses in customer service from time to time

I have never had any problems so far. I often even receive scheduled transfers on the same day. Manual transfers usually take one banking day.

Email from yesterday not answered. You're sweet and naive. I wait forever for an answer, sometimes so long that I have to think again about what I asked in the first place.

It always takes forever for me with SC too. I don't think you can use "it's a smart broker, you have to expect that" as an excuse. Other smart brokers also manage this somehow 🙃

Baader is probably overloaded. I also waited 5 days for Finance Zero. A second test transfer went through after one day. The system was/is probably overloaded and can't keep up
