Warehouse giant Prologis is looking to acquire its smaller rival Duke Realty in a stock deal estimated to be worth about $26 billion, including debt.

Duke Realty had rejected a nearly $24 billion takeover offer from Prologis in May as insufficient. Prologis controls about 1 billion square feet of warehouses and distribution centers used by companies such as Amazon, Home Depot and FedEx.

According to J.P. Morgan, Apple Inc's (AAPL.O) gaming and music revenues are expected to increase 36% to $8.2 billion by 2025 as the iPhone maker leverages its huge user base for its subscription services.

According to J.P.Morgan analysts led by Samik Chatterjee, the two services will have a combined subscriber base of about 180 million in 2025 - 110 million for music and 70 million for games - boosted by rapid Internet penetration and the booming gaming industry. Apple Music, which launched in 2015 and is the second-largest music streaming service after Spotify Technology (SPOT.N), is expected to account for a larger share of that revenue, taking in about $7 billion by 2025, the brokerage said.

Bitcoin fell below $24,000 late Monday night, hitting its lowest level since December 2020, as investors dump cryptocurrencies amid a general selloff in risk assets.

Meanwhile, crypto lending company Celsius has halted withdrawals for its customers, stoking fears of spillover into the broader market.

Macroeconomic factors are also contributing to the bear market in crypto markets. For example, the Federal Reserve is expected to raise interest rates this week to control rising prices.

Did you know that although the D-Mark was abolished in 2001 with the introduction of the Euro, according to information from the Deutsche Bundesbank, there are currently still over 12 billion DM bills and coins in circulation?
