Capital-forming benefits

Good morning everyone,

most of us probably get "Vermögenswirksame Leistungen" from our employer. In which amount (mostly up to 40 €, everything else would be voluntary) remains to be seen.

Question to all of you. If you get any, how did you invest them?

Feel free to comment with

☠️ for "life insurance product",

🏠 for "home savings loan",

🚀 for "securities account / stock exchange (shares / ETFs)",

🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️ for "no idea" and

🥶 for "not at all / don't get any".

I have been investing my VLs in the stock market for about 9 years now. I use the very good depot of "ebase" for this. I'm quite satisfied and the costs are within reasonable limits.

Which VL-Depot do you use or do you know?

I would simply like to sensitize again to invest this gift money, even if it is "small amounts", sensibly. I know so many people who do NOT do this, even from my work circle (industry: financial services...; no comment!).

Topic "Employee savings allowance"I leave now times away. But if interesting and especially "achievable", absolutely still take!

Glad about your feedback, maybe you have other great ideas, tips and tricks on this subject.

I invest a VL every month with finvesto. I actually don't think it's bad and there's a very good selection of ETFs 🤗.

Building savings contract. The employer pays 30€ and I pay 10€. The main thing is to get everything you can.

As a civil servant I get 6,65€ per month, which I increase to 25€, because only then the minimum investment amount from the employer for Oskar is reached. In addition, I get 175€ per month from my rental income, which serves as a reserve for the rented apartment. Thus, the financing and the maintenance runs without further capital from my income...

@ReichDurchSparen I'm missing the emoji "🤑" for the company pension plan. Here I invest the full 40€ VL in the bAV of my AG, increase myself by 160€ per month, so that 200€ are invested directly from my gross salary. In addition, the employer pays 15% of the paid-in contribution per year, which is a tidy sum. The bAV is now fully invested in ETFs & shares at the beginning and shortly before retirement shifted to pension funds and securities, so that towards the end there is more security & stability 👍.
