... then I would do something about your salary.

@Dividenden-Sammler am happy with it. I want to retire at 50 anyway
profile image
@Dividenden-Sammler who earns 3750 net. I'd like to see him 🙂
profile image
@Dividenden-Sammler What do you want to do with it? Underline it with a colored pencil?

@jaki96 my friend actually earns over 4k in his trade even in good months

@jaki96 There are some people here who earn 3750 net and more. Including me

@DonkeyInvestor is good, isn't it?

@jaki96 I don't want to talk down €3,750 - it's a very good salary, especially for 27 years old - but also nothing "special" if you simply want to earn as much as possible.

At my employer, you can easily earn €4k net as a simple helper in shift work in production - with enough motivation for overtime. These are people without any training.
A colleague of mine originally comes from production (but with training), who in his last year as a production mechanic (2019) had a gross of 106k (net correspondingly high, because many things are tax-free). With a master craftsman title / as a shift supervisor, you can then expect 7-8k net - with many hours on weekends.

For me personally, that would be quite a sacrifice, but colleagues who started their apprenticeship at 16 often do it while they're financing a house. It really adds up.

I prefer to be in the office, but the weekends always have an impact on my salary (most of them are voluntary).

@KevinC or just something with IT and rummaging around in the home office for less than 40 hours for 100k 👍

If I seem to get 100k out of nowhere and can invest it, I can of course afford such petty headlines.

It's impressive that you have a 6 figure portfolio with your 6 figure gifts. I just love getquin for that

profile image
@FlorianoPerlini Find a person who will give you 100k. But if you think that's possible 😅
profile image
@jaki96 It doesn't matter whether it's an inheritance or a gift. You can see the deposits very clearly in your custody account.

profile image
@jaki96 doesn't look like an organically grown "saved up" portfolio to me either. If the values are correct, it's more likely that a 27-year-old has made money in the short term.

profile image
@FlorianoPerlini To be honest, I started with 100,000. And I used to have other accounts Onvista, Flatex, TR. Hence the deposits. Through reallocations

How meaningless can I make a post on getquin? Yes!

Time to block the next spinner 😂

If you earn more per day than your salary, then you have invested in crypto.

profile image
@Lordraiden91 That's true. But unfortunately I don't dare to do that
profile image
As long as you don't earn more per day with shares than you do per month with work - and that consistently over 10 years - you haven't reached your goal yet. 😎
3
profile image
@Epi That's my goal. 4500 with shares and I'm happy 🙂
profile image
@jaki96 You're supposed to set yourself high goals - and perish. 😅

The portfolio is dominated by momentum stocks. This will turn at some point, then it will become difficult.
1
profile image
@Epi Do you think so? Since I started investing, things have only gone up. Yes, it was after 2014🙂
1
profile image
@jaki96 Since the GFC 2008/09, things have essentially only gone up. You could take any US large caps and get your return.

2001-03, 2008-09 were completely different caliber. US LC Tech only reached the level of 2000 again in 2016. That's a lot of time! And valuations are now similar to 2000 again, so it would be wise to have a plan.

profile image
@Epi Yes, I know. But I'm still pleased that I've earned so much 🙂

If it's so easy to make money, why doesn't everyone here take out a 400,000 euro loan and invest it in shares or derivatives?

The return would have easily covered the costs
profile image
@jaki96 The joy is yours! 👍
Just be aware that although you made the right decisions, you also had a fair amount of luck on your side. That can and will change.
Because you never know when, securities loans are not the best idea.
1
profile image
@Epi I admit that I have benefited in recent years from the crises and politics, the ECB... have benefited. But everyone had the same prerequisites
profile image
@Epi You're probably right about the loans
profile image
You lost more money last week alone than you'll get in a month...

profile image
Did you happen to win the lottery in October or what?
2
profile image
@Tommyleehilfiger No, I don't play the lottery. There's too much luck involved for me
profile image
Respect my dear, I don't begrudge you every cent. Can you please tell us how you saved that amount? How much do you save every month? Many thanks in advance 😊
2
profile image
@Aminmeskini I already save about 1.5k every month. That's 17k a year.

Around 130,000 is my own investment and somehow I've made quite high profits in the last few years.

But I can't say exactly, as I've often sold and bought new ones.

@jaki96 cool 😎 keep up the good work

Rheinmetall sold too early. The correction is yet to come. Don't forget to think long-term.

profile image
sad total return... the wrong people always have the money
2
profile image
@VincP3 why the wrong ones?
profile image
@jaki96 because the money could be used to generate significantly higher returns
profile image
@VincP3 Yes, I know. And what's the problem?

Could you use your money to
profile image
@jaki96 I do 50% a year. There is always potential
profile image
@VincP3 with little money, I would also take a high risk
profile image
@jaki96 My inheritance is yet to come, even if you don't want to hope for it
@VincP3 could you give me a tip on how?
profile image
@userc818a6f2df6247c9 I've been trying to play time in the market with market timing since the beginning, in the beginning I got negative feedback for it here but I'm just not the savings plan type and often get a good entry at a resistance zone through chart analysis, but of course there's also the fact that my few selected positions are all tech and they've been doing very well lately. I'm not against savings plans, but I enjoy active trading more

Yes, if you're young you didn't live through 1928, 2001 and 2008 and think it will go on like this forever. You recognize good investors in years like that, not when something like cryptos are completely overhyped.
2
profile image
@goebi22 Of course you experienced 1928

I don't understand why you weight the MSCI World AND the All World ETF so heavily at the same time.
There is an incredible amount of duplication. Is that intentional?
1
profile image
@AktienAmateur069 At first I only had the MSCI World. For my last investment, I wanted to choose between EM and All world.

As EM has not performed so well in recent years, I wanted an All world.

The All world is also distributing in order to generate the 1000 euros.

In hindsight, however, it might have been smarter to sell units and take advantage of the saver's lump sum.
profile image
Your sales and returns don't make sense to me. If you want to retire at 50, I would put everything into an MSCI World or FTSE. That's fine. I think you might then have a higher return than you currently do.
1
profile image
@AnBor209 you mean I would have done more with the MSCi World
profile image
@jaki96 Yes (approx. 25% before tax p.a.), take a look at the return data here: https://www.justetf.com/de/etf-profile.html?isin=IE00B4L5Y983#sparplan
Congratulations!

I can earn my salary from dividends with a 300k portfolio? Or is that related to growth?

"And I'm only 27". I would also like to be given so much money as a gift. Pretending to have earned it in your younger years. Bad.
