It can become difficult if clearstream locks up. This is the case with Russian ADRs. If clearstream as custodian does not allow a transfer here either, you cannot get away from SC

@Blueyy That's true. But let's not paint the devil on the wall. At Gladstone Capital, only the ISIN is changing, not the company itself. And Solventum as part of 3M should not be blocked for political reasons. :)
