I actually read the filling by chance at about 12 o'clock yesterday and bought without further ado because the takeover price is the equivalent of about 8.91 EUR. I liquidated the position yesterday at this price with some loss. Too early? Tomorrow is also ex dividend. Be that as it may, now the search for a better alternative begins.

@meonmonday However, it seems that there are still some agents who would like to buy up the paper as they seem to assume a takeover price of 13 US $ (different forum). What I find dishonest is generally that losses from sales cannot be offset against dividend income.

@Boersenphantom yes canada is a bit stupid because of the withholding tax, would now only be a company, which was relatively close to TransAlta :)
