Hi, can you perhaps briefly explain to me why you are focusing on $VICI instead of $O in the future? I would like to add a REIT to my portfolio, but can't decide between the two.... Unfortunately I'm really into dividends so I'm currently leaning towards $O... I'd love to hear your opinion on the two companies :-) have a nice evening!
