1. do not think we will see a -30% correction
2. then buy after
3. the dividend
4. after a correction usually comes a bigger uptrend
5. established company and not a startup...
6. shares are not a sprint but a marathon

I had also once considered taking 30% with me at MunicRE.
Then forgot about it (really). Was ill...
And now I'm up over 100%....

As a short-term trader yes, as an investor no.

You have to know what time horizon you intend for the various positions.
