Why exactly are you into dividend stocks again now?

@svenleowe Basically for the reasons mentioned in 4.2 - Cash flow as motivation in the here and now - I like to analyze companies without primacy on eternal growth - Especially in times of crisis I appreciate the stability (see example with the Quality ETF) - Dividend companies mostly show a better economic performance measured over the last decades. (I know, I did not name the study because it also counted low-payers as dividend companies and thus included various tech stocks) - I take advantage of the allowance and can invest flexibly - through my dual investment strategy I can profit from both portfolio types. Means e.g.: Dividends and stability now collect and with it for example crisis-ridden but cheaper tech stocks buy - It will not threaten me in the foreseeable future the decision of reallocation, because already tech portfolio runs along.
- In case of an emergency situation I still have the payment stream from dividends and do not have to sell - In old age I am independent of the real stock prices as long as no extreme market deterioration occurs and do not have to sell my shares year after year in eg bad times Before I put more people to sleep here, I leave it for now with the general points mentioned from the head. No investment advice. No invitation to buy or sell securities. Only my opinion.
