[Real Estate] Does anyone know of a site/company where individuals may join with others to purchase apartments and rent them out.

We are looking for interested parties who would like to enter the real estate market, but do not have the "necessary" money to buy an apartment at the first go, to afford credit, etc. and to acquire it as a "community".

Please don't stone us, we are just interested and would like to get some information or more. Thank you guys. LG #immobilien

I can only think of "Brickwise", although I have never looked at it more closely. Otherwise, I would rather advise against investing in real estate with a few people, ...if only because of the liability for the financing, normally everyone is liable for the entire financing ... and if there are a few scoundrels in the team, you are forever in the A*****

Friend of mine had the same as a business idea, but failed because of too much competition :) so there will be. Problematic but because of land registration, ongoing legal disputes, etc., I do not know if I feel so.

I recommend you to look for the community in your own environment. And then found a limited liability company to fix the liability and the shares. With complete strangers it will lead to problems sooner or later. Who decides what to buy, what credit conditions to accept, how the property will be managed or developed. And in the end you might just fight over a small thing, like the too high bill for the company stamp. Or you look for an "investor" who likes your idea and helps you with the necessary equity for the loan. Or you start small and buy only a warehouse or a car parking space for the time being. Over time, you'll work your way up until you can finance your first apartment.
