Friends of the cultivated IPO,

as a thank you for my activities at @getquin I have the honor to start the Advent calendar raffle 🤝🕯

You can win a financial book (on the topic of ETF of course) and a small merch package! 😎

I am known to some as a fervent supporter of the Vanguard All-World ETF ($VGWL (+0.36%)) and have also already received corresponding merch from Vanguard (#keineAnlageberatung 🌝)

To participate in the raffle, simply answer the following question:

🎄 How does Christmas affect your investments? 🎄

Conditions of participation:

All getquin users who comment under this post until 11/27/2022 at 11:59pm are eligible to participate.

Participation with multiple accounts is prohibited.

The winner will be selected at random by the getquin team.

The winner's address will be required to send the prize.

The legal process is excluded.

MANY GOOD LUCK 🍀

Christmas has no effect at all; at most, the parcel carrier comes to the house more often. The Advent wreath is burning, my savings plan is running, there will be a few cents from the new $SPYD soon. The Bitcoin is falling, I'm looking for more money. Under my beautiful Christmas tree, hopefully a Ledger Nano S, that would be a dream. I would wear the Getquin merch proudly and combined with Christmas red colors. Baking cookies with the family, maybe there is a nice property under the tree? Here's to a little contemplation, in this beautiful Advent season. 🎄🕯️

Christmas does not have a direct financial impact on my investments. Reason: I do not get a Christmas bonus and therefore have at the beginning of the month no more available than usual. I get a bonus but this I receive only in February.😉 Indirectly, however, a not negligible impact. Reason: I have here over the Christmas period usually 3 weeks off, and so a little more time to drive more detailed analysis regarding companies in which I am invested or have on the watchlist.😬 I use the reflective Christmas season so also to make me relaxed thoughts about upcoming investments and my portfolio😊 In this sense, I wish everyone here already Merry Christmas and nice days with your loved ones🎄 hopefully I'm not too early on the 1st Advent compared to the gingerbread sale in September😜

In relation, Christmas always affects negatively for my portfolio and positively for my fellow men, why -> I buy more gifts for my fellow men, and thus invest little in stocks in November / December :) -> However, the added value from the gifts is much higher, :) Always try to give activities or things with added value ;)

With regard to my shares, it could affect $AAPL a bit. Christmas bonus is unfortunately distributed as 1/12 over all months and is not put aside. In terms of gifts, my grandparents get a little something, everyone else is content with the folly, my partner gets a homemade advent calendar. As an employee in an acute hospital, I do night duty this year on 24+25, as this does not start until 22:45 I am also not affected. The biggest factor that affects me is actually Christmas markets. The Christmas market season started for me on November 24 in Basel and ends on January 6 in Baden Baden. I visit many small village Christmas markets, but the highlights are always Basel, Baden-Baden, Strasbourg, Ravenna Gorge and Gengenbach. Ravenna Gorge is very romantic unfortunately there is still an entrance fee. The most beautiful is the world's largest Advent calendar house in Gengenbach.

I wish every year for Christmas the $GGRW as well as this year 🥰🌲 And I hope for a year-end rally of course also 😎

I'm saving a little this Christmas, because I'm going to Costa Rica in January - with a jungle tour, snorkeling and good food. Investments will be made as usual. Of course also in the $VGWL 😇

Most of the Christmas bonus goes into the portfolio.

The annual special payment, aka Christmas bonus, goes entirely into the portfolio, otherwise Christmas has no influence on my investment decisions.

Most of my Christmas money goes into the portfolio.

My share investments are thinner because I invest in presents and other Christmas stuff, but at least most of the time these investments are also worthwhile 😄

Share prices could rise in the short term and the balance sheets of certain companies will show an increase in turnover.

For me, my investments have an impact on Christmas 🎄... why? Because buying shares somehow makes the presents smaller 🤏🤔 but since nobody should miss out, I have to save in other areas in December 👍

It's the same for me as for many others. Part of my Christmas bonus is supposed to go into my portfolio and part into my vacation account. Unfortunately, the car repair shop is putting a spanner in the works this year. But hopefully I'll be back next year 😁👍🏻

Part of the Christmas bonus is of course invested

Not at all!!! Real estate doesn't really care about Christmas 💫

Christmas has always had a good effect on my investments so far, as I've always been able to buy more with my Christmas money. 😄🙏🏾

As my birthday is shortly after Christmas, I always hope that someone will give me shares or ETF units "for both together". Otherwise, I've reduced my savings rates at the moment, don't trust the current trend and expect another setback.
Otherwise, part of my 13th salary is being spent. Mainly in clothes and technology. So buy BOSS and SAMSUNG shares !!! :) they will soon be making huge sales through me :).
... Otherwise the acquisition for the next property is underway

The savings rate remains untouched and the money received for Christmas will be diligently invested in my ACWI 💶

Hello everyone, I'm going to invest some of my Christmas money. Have a nice 1st Advent.

Nice action 🤩

A large part (approx. 75%) of my Christmas money will go into my $VWCE, the rest will end up in my call money account.
Any dividends I receive before Christmas will also be invested in $VWCE.

Has no major impact :)

At Christmas I only invest my regular savings plan, as I only look after my family at Christmas and don't have the income to do both.

Family and health always come first 🎅❤️

Have a great start to the food season and take care of your loved ones 🥳😊

Money is collected and invested in the World ETF🍀

That would actually be my first financial book 🥸

Will continue to invest as usual, so no major impact. 😎

Christmas has absolutely no influence on my investments.

The savings plan continues as usual and the money I get for Christmas, minus the money I spent on presents, is invested in individual shares ☺️
