@Coriolis Stopploss wurde von der Bank systemseitig wieder gelöscht, da auf ein Sammelkonto übertragen nach der Annahme des Umtauschangebotes

1. Weil ein Jahr vergehen kann, bis die Sache abgewickelt ist. Da ist die Rendite dann doch wieder überschaubar.

2. Weil die Chance besteht, dass der Deal doch noch über die Bühne geht und dann geht der Kurs wieder Richtung 40€ oder weniger.

@Coriolis Bei €56,- momentanem Kurs sind 10% Rendite drin, der Deal ist ja fix.
Verstehe die Kursentwicklung nicht.

I believe that has to do with still, some risk in the deal, like today:

"Subject to the review of the Offer Document, the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of Covestro assume that they will recommend the acceptance of the Offer to the shareholders of the Company," Covestro said in a statement. It will issue a statement on the takeover offer "in the next two weeks".

Furthermore it is well into 2025 that actual cash will transfer if at least 50% of shareholders accepts the offer

The offer has for me been the key reason to buy the share in the first place

Bereits 91.3% der Aktien wurden Adnoc angedient. Läuft eher auf einen SqueezeOut hinaus.
