@Sansebastian would you generally stop buying at the moment because things are going up from tomorrow?
profile image
@Sansebastian or lower
profile image
@Memo0606 well, the Nasdaq is already 3% higher on Monday. Would wait for the reaction in the course of the day

@Seebi if you were to inform yourself, you would be able to estimate quite well whether the price will be higher or lower

The respective tech stocks will certainly go up extremely - if you set a buy-in in the broker, you should take it with you, right? It won't be skipped, will it?

@Sansebastian where can I find out more about this, do you have a source?
profile image
@Sansebastian is there a weekend course somewhere?

@phipsi28 ASML is already above €600 in Sunday trading, so your order at €589 will be of no use, trading will start with a gap on Monday, or the other way round. Who would sell you ASML for €589 on Monday morning? Do you think anyone will do that?
Prices are formed by supply and demand.

@Seebi You didn't notice that Trump exempted the tariffs on semiconductors?
@TomTurboInvest thanks for your answer! where can you see the Sunday trade?

A couple of things I heard last Tuesday.

-40% more sales by 2030
-Costs of the new system are too high hence the poor sales
-Want to regain more market position in the i-line market, NXT800b 400wph, where Nicon, among others, is ahead. ASML is there to grab more shares

For upcomming days it can go up, but probably as soon as Trump will come with some "ideas" it can drop again. The company itself looks good and I expect good/decent financial report in 2 days.

@Volcano What about the report? You expect a beat? I do.
profile image
@MatisseVerleye this one can be beat or around in line with expectation, but Q2 will be most likely nice
profile image
@Volcano thanks for giving your view on the matter! Why could Q2 be even more likely be a beat?
profile image
Why do you expect a rise?

Buy&Hold and that's it ...

The tariffs for semis are coming anyway, just later. So there is still uncertainty
profile image
@parlania That's no longer uncertainty if you already know it
profile image
@Sansebastian How high should the tariffs be then? 10%, 25%? 150%?
Of course there is uncertainty

@parlania I can't tell you. There are certainly some who know that in advance
profile image
@parlania Don't believe it. Tariffs on semi's are part of the deal he's building up to in my opinion. There will never be any semi tariffs.
profile image
@MatisseVerleye maybe Like if you dont plan an Factory in the US your Company gets tariffed
profile image
@parlania don’t think that’s possible. Free market. Would be discrimination.
