Berkshire Hathaway: Bilanz steht an und Analysten erwarten Rückgang

Bist du neugierig auf die neuesten Entwicklungen von Berkshire Hathaway $BRK.B (+0,49 %)? Am 22. Februar 2025 wird das Unternehmen die Zahlen für das abgelaufene Quartal bekanntgeben. Die Erwartungen der Analysten sind gemischt.

Für das vergangene Quartal wird ein Gewinn je Aktie von durchschnittlich 4,62 USD prognostiziert. Zum Vergleich: Im Vorjahresquartal lag dieser Wert bei beeindruckenden 17,36 USD. Ein deutlicher Rückgang, der Fragen aufwirft.

Auch beim Umsatz wird ein Rückgang erwartet. Analysten rechnen mit 92,16 Milliarden USD, was einem Minus von 1,31 Prozent im Vergleich zum Vorjahr entspricht. Für das gesamte Fiskaljahr hat sich die Perspektive ebenfalls eingetrübt. Der durchschnittliche Gewinn je Aktie könnte bei 19,84 USD landen, während es im Vorjahr noch 44,27 USD waren.

@beardonfire Absolutely right. Do you think this also gives some insight into Buffett's expectation e.g. of the market possibly being overvalued and increasing risk of going down.

@Business_News well, I do not think he said that the market will crash down, he just thinks that now it is overvalued, maybe if it will stay flat during some time - the value will catch up :)

@beardonfire Agreed. Also do not think he said it... would be against his believes that things can stay irrational for quite long. But you could at least speculate that from a value perspective he maybe believes that the price is too high which also could lead to the perception that the risk of a crash could be higher... of cause also could flat out and catch up... fair point.

Nicht umbedingt... der Aktienkurs spiegelt vor allem die zukünftigen Erwartungen wieder und gerade im Investmentgeschäft gibt es ja durchaus Situationen in den es sinnvoll ist, viel Cash zu haben. Das schmälert zwar den aktuellen Gewinn, ermöglicht aber Investments, sobald es interessante Möglichkeiten gibt.
