I find the savings tips that are shared here quite nice. Mine would be existing contracts times with check24 or other tools to compare. There is certainly also a lot to get out with the one or the other!

My savings tip? It always depends on the person standing in front of me. Here's one for the "I only go to the doctor every 3 years" people: Look on the website of your statutory health insurance for "elective tariffs" or "self-retention tariff". Here you have the possibility of your health insurance company a fixed amount in the following year to be reimbursed by them, if you would have cost less medication and doctor visits than the fixed amount. Of course, there is also a small risk if you had more medical expenses than the agreed amount. But this is also capped and therefore the risk is manageable and also smaller. But this was now only a very rough overview without many details. You could squeeze that into one big thread actually😂.

My money saving tip? I go out to eat every weekend with the in-laws and with my parents and save myself going out to eat or big shopping 😂
