The recalculation of your dividend takes place because REITs always announce at the beginning of the following year how the dividend paid in the previous year is divided into taxable (ordinary) and tax-exempt portion (e.g. return of capital). This information is therefore not available to your bank earlier. Cortal Consors recalculated this for me on February 8 in the junior securities account. As a rule, the recalculation does not put you at a disadvantage, and tomorrow you will have the new dividend postings in the clearing account (in my case it was more).

Thanks for your detailed explanation 🚀 Glad to hear that you collect even higher dividends like me;)

@Rolfaktien like... But I had only meant that you get credited by the recalculation more as the today has been deducted ... (usually that's so but can just be different times😂).... On the dividend amount of you I had not looked 😂 but you get I think more like my junior 🍺

@Rolfaktien Since the amount is constantly increasing, you have a nice savings plan on it, right?

@GoDividend ops then I misunderstood😬😬😬Excuse me. Ne have actually no savings plan running on the share. Can that maybe be because the dividends have heard?

@Rolfaktien Currency fluctuations... By the way, Realty Inc can still come to you, you also have it in your portfolio.

@GoDividend clean 😂😂
What is your experience with AGNC or similar high dividend stocks? Is the high dividend yield worth the possible share price losses? (see AGNC chart 😅)
