🏃---Sport Challenge---🏃

After almost 10 days of vacation I'll get back to you!


Interim conclusion: the resting pulse has settled at a comfortable level and the one or other Italian specialty has found its way into my gourmet palate 🌝


That was also bitterly necessary! When we arrived, my right knee and my left ankle was swollen (have had it a bit overdone with soccer and volleyball training 😬) and to top it off, my ears have inflamed after 5 days of vacation.


Today is the first day free of symptoms and I wanted to try out directly whether my tired bones withstand the first loads.


Sport is a good balance and is part of my recovery from work stress and everyday life. I'm happy to put up with swellings and abrasions! No whining! Investing in yourself, be it through sports, books or further education, is at least as important as the next stock purchase.


So who is with me? Who is jogging with me? 5 km, as in the picture. So I call the tired legs of @KapriolenSonne
@DonkeyInvestor and @Lorena up! As ITler and passionate Zocker have ihrs surely bitterly necessary 🤡 Likewise should @Simpson times off the couch, even if the duff is tempting.

I prefer to do weight training with @oliverplass. I just hate gold donkeys more than jogging. With luck I'll get myself up for 5km of limp trotting on my treadmill. I would have to get back home first to do that though. Does that count?

Almost daily by bike to work (48km - 24km each - round trip in about 50-60 minutes,) from Hoppegarten (Brandenburg) to Zoologischer Garten (Berlin). In August, a flaky 960km have come together 🤓 🚲.

Was today also 5km run directly at 7 o'clock 🙂 For two weeks I do every other day sports, because my body is increasingly one pain. You do not get younger...

Ran 6.5km in 34:52 minutes at the B2Run on Tuesday. Does that count?

Full good. I have in 3.5 weeks my first marathon and can not jog because of a cold for 10 days. Make me already nen head whether I even come to the finish line at the marathon

Thanks to soccer injuries I go no longer jogging, because my knee the stunpfe jogging on street does not reasonably and rather worsens. In addition to soccer I am professionally also much at the "run" should be enough. Today is still young 😅 https://i.gyazo.com/10af4754f131c95ec6321fe9d37ed195.png

Tuesday was B2Run with 6,5km, on Saturday 10km will close the triathlon 😉
