VICI Properties, Realty Income, Crown Castle and similarly geared - outlook; forecast on my part


Anyone who is interested in the stocks mentioned $VICI, (+1,45%)
$O (+1,39%) and $CCI (+2,22%) in the future will certainly find good entry prices, because I think that the downward trend has been/will be resumed.


Reason: The FED is sticking to its course and there is a fear of another (short-term) interest rate hike (possibly in March).

@Wojtekthe market speaks a different language for the time being. I have not ruled out these reductions at all. It's about the first six months.

@BlizzardThere was an article posted here by Seeking Alpha comparing $CCI and $AMT. In short, result: clear recommendation $CCI

PS: I'll see if I can find the article.

@Khlmysee But as far as I know, $CCI did not have more debt and less free cash flow than $AMT. It's also been a while since I bought it. Thanks for the info. Would be great if you had the link 🤔
