Dividend canceled by TR?

Have any of you experienced the dividend payment being canceled?

I currently have the case at Trade Republic with the Walmart dividend from January 6th.

Taxes were also deducted, although there is a FA. (also updated for 2025)

Does anyone have an explanation for this?

I've had this happen several times, but I've had more cases with Scalable.

Usually one was already paid, then another one came at some point, which was then canceled. These are just incorrect bookings. But should then be corrected automatically...

I have no idea.
I have the same problem with the deduction of capital gains tax on my total dividend. Withdrawn, despite the exemption order and loss offsetting pot.
I also wrote to customer service about this. Yesterday morning. I still haven't received an answer...

And I was also deducted 2 euros more than in October

I've just had a look at the dividend I received from $PEP and, just like you, it only says tax, it's withholding tax

Go to TR and click on Cash and then on Dividend, where it says Documents at the bottom, where you can take a closer look

The document says :

Withholding tax: 3.95
Capital gains tax: 1.93
And solidarity surcharge: 0.10

@AE23 then TR currently has problems with the exemption orders, I've never had that with them before, but I also have to say that I'm still very small with the dividends
