Subsequent purchase Vonovia🏘️

I took advantage of the current weakness and made countercyclical purchases here because my real estate sector is very lightly weighted in the portfolio and the dividend is currently very high.🤑💸

PS: I am aware that the current situation means that things could go even lower. In the long term, this is of no interest to me. I'm more pleased that I can buy more cheaply.

The real estate sector has once again come under significant pressure. Rising oil prices as a result of the Iran conflict are driving inflation expectations and causing capital market interest rates to rise.
The mechanism remains unchanged: Higher interest rates make refinancing more expensive and put pressure on valuations.
