I would like to recommend the podcast Business Breakdowns... Interesting well-known and lesser-known companies are presented with a lot of background information that you would otherwise miss. Sometimes also with interviews.

I personally found 3i $III (+1,73%) and Rolls-Royce $RR. (+0,93%) particularly interesting.
