Of course it's good to pay monthly. But it's also bad. It only causes unnecessary costs for the AG's or Reits every month.

@userc818a6f2df6247c9 Because I want to have a constant cash flow every month so that I can invest it in whatever I want. Unfortunately, once a year is a bit low, so I prefer the quarterly payouts from US equities.

Yes, and I'm sure the book will be useful for one or two people, but unfortunately I don't feel like reading it ;)
