Partners Group grows by a fifth in 2025 - dividend to be increased

Revenues increased by 20 percent year-on-year to CHF 2.6 billion in 2025, as Partners Group announced on Tuesday. Operating profit at EBITDA level rose to CHF 1.6 billion (+19 percent) and the bottom line was a net profit of CHF 1.3 billion (+12 percent).

Shareholders can now look forward to a 10 percent higher dividend of CHF 46 per share. In 2025, the company achieved a disproportionately high share of growth within the industry, Partners Group CEO David Layton was quoted as saying in the press release.

Unfortunately, the good result only came about because income from 2026 was brought forward. Hence the weak outlook.

Nice, but a Swiss dividend bank is difficult.

@Olli68 It's always double-edged. They had a strong window for exits (favorable market conditions) and took the opportunity to sell assets instead of waiting. That's not such a bad thing.

This may mean lower performance fees in 2026, but on the other hand management fees will continue to rise as AuM +21%. This is the more predictable share, which should increase from 65% to 75% of total sales. Still looks solid to me 🤓
