The Tesla Robotaxi rollout is imminent

The first robotaxis are due to go into operation in Austin Texas in June.

However, as in the past, there are already concerns as to whether the $TSLA (-2,92%) technology is safe.

The decision not to use laser-based systems could turn out to be a big mistake.

Instead of painting the devil on the wall, I would wait and see how the launch goes.

@robiin Since we are in an investment forum here, it is probably appropriate to discuss the future... and not wait until it has happened.

Because by then the opportunity is already gone. 😘

Isn't it the case that they don't do without laser-based systems, but rely exclusively on them instead of cameras?

@Multibagger No, Tesla relies exclusively on cameras for cost reasons. You're probably confusing that with Waymo.
