New ETFs from Vanguard Global All-Cap and Global Small-Cap

Hi, Vanguard has now launched a global all-cap ETF $VALU (-0,26%) (similar to the MSCI ACWI IMI) that invests in 10,000 stocks and has a TER of just 0.07% (half that of the All-World fund). They’ve also launched a global small-cap index $VSMU (-0,3%) with a 0.22% TER. There wasn’t a comparable index for the second one yet, was there? I only know of the MSCI World Small-Cap, which invests in developed markets.
