@Tobi60 That happened to me, too. I ended up chatting with TR Support. You’re actually supposed to view the ANR, where you should find something to fill out or sign. It didn’t work for me, and I hadn’t received any instructions on what to do either. Support then sent me—as is customary in 2026—a PDF that I was supposed to print out, fill out, scan, and send back. Unfortunately, that was after the subscription period ended yesterday at 10 a.m. 🤷🏼♂️ When it comes to stuff like this, TR is just a total letdown—and I made that very clear to my support representative. Oh well, at the end of the day, my subscription rights have now expired.
