Reallocation?

attachment

Hello everyone,

the position $BATS (-1,84%) will probably reach its peak soon. I had thought about possibly switching to leveraged S&P500 or Allworld 🤔.

However, my personal div. return is already above 10%. That's really strong and makes it difficult argh 😩.

DHL, Vodafone, MPW and Realty in the depot but you're thinking about switching BATS?
Not really comprehensible.

@FairValue MPW as you can see an experiment with roundup and saveback. Vodaphone was a gift and is already gone 🫣 (not updated). Realty cannot be compared with BAT. DHL is a strong company.

You have a position that reliably pays you the average S&P 500 return, which you can reinvest in whatever you want, and you want to reallocate? That shifts on its own.

@TaxesAreTheft Mega point. Above all, it should be noted that the dividend is high, free of withholding tax and will probably be increased in the coming years.

This is particularly mega from a yield-on-cost point of view and means that you can recoup your invested money quite quickly from dividends alone.

The dividends alone cover the possible price losses. I would simply hold and then buy more if the share price weakens.

Caught the share at a good time. There must have been a reason why you bought and it probably wasn't an exceptional performance 😇. Enjoy the fact that the share price rose anyway and put the dividends towards paying off your property. Or make a savings plan on the ETF

What do you mean by peak? I think the share still has upside potential. It was very undervalued.

@MoKi28 just take a look at the development of Phillip Morris ...then you can see how much potential bats has over the next few years! Use setbacks to add to the stock...my opinion

I would not reallocate under any circumstances.

@DerJude What speaks against it for you? I think a drawdown to my buyin is not unlikely.

I wouldn't want to lose the cash flow alone. I also assume that the share price will continue to rise... and if there is a setback, I'll buy more.
@Iwant_money_423 If the market recognizes and of course bats proves that it can increase sales of alternative products, then a similar development to that of Phillip Morris is possible and there is still plenty of potential for bats.
