I think it's good that you're focusing on individual stocks, so you don't have the positions from the EFT that you don't want to invest in.
For me, too little growth and rather a dividend portfolio, at that age the wrong approach for me, but everyone has to know that for themselves.

The basic substance and the approach were definitely to generate a dividend portfolio. However, I have also recently reallocated some high yielders, as I would rather have div growth and am currently at around 2.1% with around 13% growth over the last 3 years. To be honest, I'm quite happy with that, but it will probably move a bit more in the direction of growth in the near future.
The first goal was really to get to know the market, find what I like and increase the capital as quickly as possible and let it work for the time being.
