Today I have my first position in Unilever $ULVR (-0,89%) today. The plan is to build this up over time to increase my strategically expand my withholding tax exempt UK strategically.
Unilever convinces me with a strong brand portfolio, stable cash flows and a reliable long-term dividend policy. In my view, the stock is a solid foundation for a defensive dividend portfolio.
I see the investment as a classic long-term hold with the aim of benefiting from dividend growth and the company's international orientation.
