Have you seen the Iveco figures? Will probably be bought unfortunately, although I don't know whether Tata is on the stock market. Would be nice if it stays on the market
@topicswithhead Tarta probably wants the Anelli family's share first. I think the defense division has to be sold first before a complete sale. Otherwise it will be difficult. I will remain invested for the time being
@topicswithhead There are several offers, but the state has interfered and they want to keep it in Italy. The division could well go to Leonardo and Rheinmetall

@Tenbagger2024 depends on whether you can put the money to better use. The maximum you can get out now, as things stand, is 9-11% up to Q2 26 (more likely q3). If you have something that performs better then I would get out. Something can always go wrong at the same time, so 9-11% is not 100% certain. I normally always get out, but 9-11% is something. At the same time, you should ask yourself why the market doesn't reach the limit of supply. Apparently not everyone believes it.
@topicswithhead But actually, the sale of the Defense division should put a lot of money in the coffers. And I think if Tarta Iveco wants to take over the company completely, they should put a decent offer on the table for the shareholders
@Tenbagger2024 So you haven't seen the figures. The price of the defense division is fixed and is to be distributed to shareholders at €5.5 to €6. The Tata offer is believed to be €14.5. You're destroying my image of you, I thought you were already into the superficial things. These are the first four sentences on the earnings report.
