3xNatGas - Gamble ended

Just for transparency: I closed the position after the recent price weakness. Approx. 15% loss. That's 0.1% of the total portfolio. Not nice, but not too bad. Master, stick to your guns!

In any case, I've learned something: don't share any risky trades on Getquin outside the strategies. There are simply too many following. 😐

So better learn strategic thinking from the Epi! 🙂

I was really a bit shocked when countless users blindly followed you.

@Alpalaka And me first!
Never again, I tell you! 🤨

Why never again? I am always very grateful when someone shares their thoughts and trades.
Everyone has to evaluate for themselves and decide whether to do it or not.
For me, the risk was too high for a quick gamble, so I watched from the sidelines. But thanks for sharing the trade at the end ✌🏻

@Epi I didn't follow your "idea", but I don't understand your displeasure in this regard at all... I'm grateful for every post and comment you and many others make here, it's food for thought, a different perspective, simply added value. The idea wasn't that bad, just a bit risky, everyone has to decide for themselves whether to take the risk, you can't help that and everyone should also know that no one can see into the future here, even if you had the right instinct.

@Zilong I agree exactly! Good idea - and well explained. All adults here (so mostly 🤣) and everyone is in charge of themselves > Gas is down - so I'm staying invested. You have to stay relaxed in gambling transactions with small gambling capital, or NOT do ☺️🍀 GAS ⛽️ will come. So thank you @Epi, all's well 👌

@Epi I personally wouldn't see it so narrowly. At the end of the day, everyone is responsible for their own actions and what I generally appreciate about the many trades that are shared is that you get out of your bubble. I wouldn't have noticed many of the current hot stocks because my own search patterns are sometimes very limited.

That's why I really appreciate it when different stocks are presented or derivative ideas or simply trades on stocks are posted. It brings a wide variety of shares into the spotlight :)

@Epi That would be a great pity. Besides, a sorrow shared is a sorrow halved, and a joy shared is a joy doubled.😉
You have so many followers and lots of people who are on your wiki. Unlike those here, they can't decide whether to go along with your purchases and sales.

@Multibagger You may be right in principle: everyone is the architect of their own profit here.

But I'm more of a strategist and want to be perceived as such. My little excursions into gambler's land are just to satisfy my old self. I think it'll be quiet again for a while now and let the strategist do his thing in peace. 😊

@Fetzen That's right!

@Alpalaka 😂😂the exact reason why I only ever share completed trades here or things that I know no one else is doing.

Getquin has always had an unpredictable dynamic.

And the fact that @Epi has already closed could also be due to the disposition effect, which reminds me of my bachelor thesis🥴😅

Digital communication networks (getquin) amplify the psychological trading effects of individuals to an extreme degree.

I still thank you for sharing this with us and for continuing to do so. You are not responsible for people following you. Your explanation was coherent and the decision to join was absolutely understandable.

@German1 It's true, everyone here is responsible for their own actions.
Nevertheless, I somehow prefer to maintain my profile as a strategist and not as a gambler. Others are much better at that anyway.
People are also welcome to follow the strategist Epi on their own responsibility. 😁

Everything is still possible as long as we don't fall below the €4.60 mark. Patience will pay off. You just have to be able and willing to endure this volatility!

@thewolfofgetquin Good luck! 📈

@thewolfofgetquin &? Skillfully and deliberately?

@leveragegrinding the stop pulled out but i got back in yesterday at €3.65. i still believe in a pump
immagine del profilo
@thewolfofgetquin May I ask why? I don't see it directly in the relevant Natural Gas chart right now
immagine del profilo
@leveragegrinding As long as we don't fall below 2.60, everything is still intact. The entire pump movement since September 24 has now been picked up. I think a new attempt is coming now 😉

What a pity!
That's exactly why I personally always wait for a positive reaction from the market.

@Sansebastian Yes, it was a gamble where the odds were a little against me.
The exit does not mean that I will never bet on a rise in NatGas again. Let's see when the technical situation improves. 👍

To be fair, the tip wasn't that far-fetched and I could actually have sold yesterday with a profit - and missed it. Everyone is responsible for their own decisions.

@en-sx I still stand by the idea. It's just that the timing wasn't right this time. The opportunity will come again.
I may miss out on a few profits, but I don't like to let leveraged trades go into the red. It's very difficult to get out of them as soon as the -20% is torn. So I pull the ripcord and watch the action from the side.

I also needed a few attempts with 3xSilver. When the price increase then became stable, I entered more clearly and recouped all previous losses 50x.

In this respect, everything fits for me here too. The only thing is that I could have chosen a slightly lower entry point. 👍

So things are looking up from now on

@Madhatter5566 Haha, very likely!
In the short term at least, I seem to have been right with the sale.
If Natgas goes up from now on, I'll just try my luck again.
Without making the trade public, of course. 😬

Ah, lol. The thing is already through again.

Don't you think it will rise in the long term? Or do you want to put the money elsewhere and therefore accept the -9%?

@DISTLOVE The leverage means I don't want to hold the security for the long term. Leverage decay then burns up all the capital before the idea takes off. So I'm waiting for the next opportunity.
