Fabasoft specialist for digitization from Austria 🇦🇹 - the company develops software for the digitization of documents and business processes as well as Intelligent Search and enterprise links in the

Big Data as well as Cloud area. Probably a lucrative and exciting future model.

According to recent news, the company has created an optimization of costs as well as internal management through changes in the corporate structure. This will save Fabasoft some costs, which can be invested elsewhere. The CEO has already emphasized several times that they are hungry for new acquisitions.

I recently got out completely. It's a real shame, sales/profits are stagnating a little, the long-standing CEO is leaving the company, so for me it's not an investment at the moment.

@MarcoInvestment phew, unfortunately I can't tell you that, depending on how much is creditable in Germany 🇩🇪. We pay 27.5% tax in Austria 🇦🇹 on capital gains.
