It's probably just normal Trade Republic chaos. I also received the delisting mail a while ago for another share where there was actually only one exchange. Nevertheless, 2 trading days later the new shares were in the portfolio and tradable again.

Especially as it came out of nowhere...
The shares were set to non-tradable in the portfolio directly with the mail.
So there was no chance to react with any lead time.
