@Musikerie I've heard that CIA theory, too! There are countless wild theories about who's behind it—from intelligence agencies to an alliance of tech giants (Samsung, Toshiba, Sony, Hitachi...). But there's no evidence that any of it is true.
The interesting thing is: even IF it had been the CIA, they would have lost control long ago. The code is open source and decentralized.
