It's about time that the dry spell for tobacco stocks was over, even if the dividends have sweetened the wait somewhat. :)

BAT has the problem that, unlike Philip Morris, they have sold their Russian business and still have the extremely important but shrinking US business. This means that their cigarette business is not quite as stable as that of Philip Morris.
