MAIN month dividends

Does anyone have any idea why the dividend paid on August 15th hasn't been credited yet? My broker is #scalablecapital. I asked for clarification by opening a support ticket, but they haven't replied yet.

Hi, I‘ve already received my credit. The credit date was August 18th.
However, I have manage my account via finanzen.net Zero

@Marcel98x I asked again this morning, and they said they're waiting for a response from the relevant department. So, no news. I don't know if the problem is with Scalable or EIX (the new exchange they manage).

@Alex72RM I have now deleted the savings plan for it and selected a distributing ETF instead. If the dividends come regularly, I might reconsider investing in the stock monthly.

I just received the dividend for $MAIN. The valuation date is August 19th and the record date is September 9th. I don't know why it took so long. At least the problem is solved!
