Developed Markets Dividend Leaders

The $TDIV (+0,76%) is quite highly praised here in the forum and seems to offer a really great return with a decent dividend at the same time. However, as it only contains a relatively small number of companies with a high weighting in the financial sector, I would like to know from you what % weighting you would give it in your portfolio alongside a $VWRL (+0,3%) weighting in your portfolio? Rather less or could it also be used as a basis? My investment horizon is 30+ years.
